My wife isn’t really a big perfume wearer – but she wore perfume on our wedding day. When I smell this candle, I think about helping her get ready for bed that night. Confetti and red wine had spilled right down the inside of her dress and all over her stomach. Her hair was all elaborately locked up with God knows how many pins and grips. I had the delightful job of unweaving her million hairsprayed plaits and picking tiny golden stars out of her bellybutton.
